Please follow the instructions for installing this Mint.

1. Ensure you have you server Xampp running with the apache and mysql services all started.

2. Copy the content of the zip folder and move it to c://xampp/htdocs/vehicle

3. Go to your PhpMyadmin on your server "localhost/phpmyadmin" and create a new database name "dbnhrcorp" after that you can then import the sql file name 'dbnhrcorp.sql' on the newly created database.

4. check your dbconnect.php on the source code and ensure that the database parameters are correct.

5. Go to your browser url bar and enter localhost/nhrc/user page/ for access to the users page or
   localhost/nhrc/NHRC Staff/ for the staff page.

Now you are good to go. simply create an account and login.
